Students will graph linear inequalities.
A linear inequality is a line that shows any data less than, less than or equal to, more than, or more than or equal to the line given. These linear inequalities use <, >, ≤, or ≥ signs as opposed to an = sign in an equation.
Quiz
1. Using the equation y>x+4 graph the equation on a number line.
2. Using the equation y<5x-1 graph the equation on a number line.
3. Using the equation y≥2x-3 graph the equation on a number line.
